Despite ordinances, Moscow's downtown vendors and residents are peculiarly way too casual in their geezer friendly neglect.
In the winter of 2016-17, our City Hall cleared along Washington Street, except for the last eight feet of sidewalk before 2nd Street. I watched an intrepid woman and her walker (headed north) reach that obstacle and have to turn back and retrace her careful and no doubt exhausting steps. Shame!
